Three jobs, done in order
Act 1
Detect
Checks run every hour and a scan every morning. What they find is ranked into one queue, so the first thing you see is the thing that matters.
- Down beats a finding, a finding beats a renewal, and a renewal beats a slow trend. The order is fixed, not scored.
- Each row names the website, how long it has been true and the one action that moves it.
- An outage is confirmed by three consecutive failures before anyone is told.

Act 2
Explain
Every finding opens into the same six questions: what happened, why it matters, the evidence, the next step, who owns it, and its history. No header value to decode.
- What happened and why it matters are written for whoever reads them, not pasted from the scanner.
- Accepting a risk needs a review date and a reason, and detection carries on regardless.
- The client version of the same finding says only what it means and who is handling it.
